Welcome to the Games area at funandgames.org
We specialise in the traditional and contemporary playground and group games. No matter what the situation or occasion you'll probably find a game or two to suit. Lots of the games listed here are 'stock' or basic games and lend themselves well to variation and adaptation to make them suitable for the situation (e.g. number, age and mix of children or youth). All games have some educational value, but any game particularly of note or been designed to specifically demonstrate something have been labeled as (Educational) and can also be found in the Educational Games section.
The best way to look for a game is to browse through the section/s listed on the left that most closely match the type of game you plan, so if you want a team game and to be active look at the "Active Games (team)", there will be links to other relevant sections as well (eg Tag games, Dodge Ball games and Ball and Catch games).
If you don't find a game or two drop us an email and we'll try and help (just don't leave it until the last moment or I'll not be able to reply in time!).
