Individual and Group Booking Information

General

Unparalleled views across London from a maximum height of 450 feet

The wheel continuously rotates (even while you get on or off), but it stops for those who are disabled or for other special reasons.

Being British Airways each ride is called a "Flight", and lasts 30 minutes.

However they have the same level of security as you have at airports for a normal flight. Knives, penknives, etc are not allowed on the wheel. If you do have anything like this on you, you will be asked to leave it with them at security to collect later.

You do not need your passport... just in case you were worrying :-)
